ALL RISE AFFILIATE ANNOUNCEMENT

All Rise and the National Treatment Court Alumni Association (NTCAA) have formalized a partnership to continue their joint work to advance recovery support for treatment court participants and alumni. This represents the first such agreement in All Rise’s 30 years in operation.

In 2023, All Rise and NTCAA signed a memorandum of understanding affirming our shared commitment to help continue the recovery of people who participate in treatment courts and the wellness of their communities.

With this new partnership, All Rise and NTCAA will work to further the establishment of treatment court alumni associations and related activities that are essential for the long-term success of treatment court alumni and jointly develop critical resources aimed at deepening the treatment court field’s understanding of recovery and its many pathways. 

“The National Treatment Court Alumni Association represents a monumental advancement in the history of treatment courts,” said All Rise CEO Carson Fox. “The passion, leadership, and expertise of this dynamic organization continues to provide an invaluable resource to treatment courts across the country. I look forward to furthering our work together as we support individuals, families, and communities.” 

NTCAA was founded by treatment court alumni in 2022 with a mission of supporting alumni group development and sustainability to meet the need for extended recovery support for all treatment court alumni nationwide. Since the founding of NTCAA, the number of alumni attending RISE has significantly increased, with the inaugural Alumni Leadership Training Institute launching last year at RISE24.
